Australian Orders under $100: $8

Australian Orders above $100: FREE standard shipping

International Orders: Flat Rate $20 AUD shipping

An optional paid Express Post (Australia) or Express Courier (International) service is available upon request, please contact us for a quote.

Do you have order tracking?

All orders are tracked to allow status updates and delivery date estimates. Goods shipped do not generally have insurance as standard, if you would like insurance please advise the Presto team during the order process and we will happily oblige though cost will be covered by the purchaser.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Australian Standard Shipping Orders: Within 3-9 working days from order dispatch.

Australian Express Orders: Within 1-3 working days from order dispatch.

International Orders: It usually takes from 5 to 20 working days to ship to most countries, but sometimes the Customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure.

As with all postal services, delays can occur from time to time. If you require delivery within a particular delivery period then we'd recommend using Express Post which provide more reliable delivery times.

Will I have to pay any taxes or duty on my order?

International orders may be subjected to local policies and regulations meaning there may be customs or import duty charges/taxes incurred for which Presto does not have any control. Information related to these charges should be sought from the relevant local authorities as charges incurred will need to be covered by the customer.


We guarantee that your order will be well packed and will leave our premises in excellent condition. Presto will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by postal services. Insurance is not standard though is available on request.
