Presto is Australian based and we specialise in quality cycling apparel that is designed locally and manufactured in Europe with the finest craftsmanship using only premium Italian fabrics. Our aim is to provide complete satisfaction to optimise the cycling experience for our customers. Presto apparel suits all biking pursuits be it road, TT, MTB or CX. What products are offered? Presto offer a range of quality cycling apparel that includes cycling jerseys, bib knicks, socks, gilets, arm and knee warmers. If there is a product line you would like to see Presto deliver get in touch and we can see if we can make it happen! Do Presto cater for females and males? Presto kit comes with a male and female chamois option to ensure comfort and the correct contours in the most essential region for riders. Below are the colour coordinated images of the chamois variations (pardon the colour stereotypes ☺). What are the details of the chamois? Presto use the best chamois available in all kits. The top layer uses antibacterial Italian made Ener Dry Pad™ with bioceramics for improved comfort. The padding is segmented to providing flexibility and heightened congruency with high density cushioning inserts in high pressure/wear areas. Do Presto do custom? Presto produce high quality and value for money custom designed garments. All custom products are delivered with the same fabrics, cut and craftsmanship as the ‘signature range’ though the design will be guided by you with our interactive design support. Discounts apply for larger volume orders. What are the minimum order quantities for Custom kits? Minimum order quantities for cycling kit is 10 items. Minimum order quantities for cycling socks is 12 items. Discounts apply for larger volume orders. Do Presto support the design process? Presto provide an interactive and timely design service which includes working with the customer to make your special custom garment just as you want it. We can provide face to face, email or phone support with design. What is the turnaround time for custom apparel? Production time for custom garments is approximately 6 weeks from when the design is finalised. Can I exchange or swap sizes on my custom order? The design, sizing and order quantities will be confirmed at the time of order. Once the order is placed and confirmed by you changes cannot be made. Exchanges or different sizes and products will not be possible. We seek to mitigate such problems by offering a sizing kit for all prospective custom clients to ensure all riders can be fitted before the order is placed. I’m having problems, who can I contact? While we stand by the materials and craftsmanship, in the instance of any issue with a Presto garment please immediately contact us at email@example.com to discuss the problem and allow us to provide support. What size should I get? All Presto kits are race cut meaning they are intended to be a tighter fit. The sizing guide will assist in you choosing the correct garment though if you have concerns please contact us for advice. In Perth, we offer sample products for you to try on so feel free to take us up on that opportunity. Goods of incorrect size can be exchanged within 10 business days for a different size kit if the kit is returned in brand new condition, unwashed, unworn, tags in situ and packaging is not damaged. Please wear underclothing when trying your new garment on for size. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you chose the wrong size due to the items being washed, worn, tags removed or damaged packaging. If you require a size that is not in stock and cannot be delivered in a reasonable timeframe a refund may offered. Postage for all exchanges will be at the expense of the customer. Please refer to the sizing guide for each individual product or contact us for help. I want an item but it is no longer available, can I still get it? Unfortunately from time to time some items may be unavailable. This may be for a number of reasons so if you want something not advertised in the shop please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to deliver the product to you. What is Presto’s return and warranty policy? Product returns are only applicable to products bought from www.prestocc.com.au or directly from one of the Presto team, for the original owner and when a proof of purchase is produced. Refunds and exchanges are not available on free or promotional items. Presto will happily exchange items due to wrong sizing though the product and its packaging must be in brand new condition, unwashed, unworn, tags in situ and packaging is not damaged. Exchanges can be made 10 days from the date of purchase and the exchange will be at the cost of the customer. Presto are confident that all products will be delivered without issue and stand by the craftsmanship of garment manufacture. In the case of a manufacturing or product defect Presto will offer repair, replacement or refund within 60 days from the date of purchase though the following will be considered before action: Age of the product General wear and condition of the product The actual fault It is requested that the customer alert Presto of the fault as soon as it is identified and subsequently provide the garment to Presto for review. In the case that the issue is deemed to be the fault of Presto or its suppliers all shipping costs will be covered by Presto. How do I return an item to Presto? Presto recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Please email email@example.com for our return address. How do I best care for my Presto kit? Presto stands by the quality of its garments but you can support getting the longest and most fulfilling life from your product. It is advised that items are gently hand washed immediately after use. Machine washing is acceptable with a mild detergent, inside out, in a wash bag, on the delicate cycle, with water no hotter than lukewarm and separately from other clothing (especially other cycling items with Velcro!).. If washing immediately after use is not possible Presto items should be hung up in a well-ventilated area and water rinsed as able. Products prefer being dried flat or hanging in well ventilated areas free of direct sunlight. Please DO NOT tumble dry.
