Warranty & Returns

Cycling apparel can vary in size depending on fit, cut and manufacturer. Please choose carefully and consider the sizing charts on the website or contact us with any specific queries. Locally, we offer sample products for you to try on so feel free to take us up on that opportunity.

Product returns are only applicable to products bought from www.prestocc.com.au or directly from one of the Presto team, for the original owner and when a proof of purchase is produced. Refunds and exchanges are not available on free or promotional items.

Presto will happily exchange items due to wrong sizing though the product and its packaging must be in brand new condition, unwashed, unworn, tags in situ and packaging is not damaged. Exchanges can be made 10 days from the date of purchase and the exchange will be at the cost of the customer.

Presto are confident that all products will be delivered without issue and stand by the craftsmanship of garment manufacture. In the case of a manufacturing or product defect Presto will offer repair, replacement or refund within 60 days from the date of purchase though the following will be considered before action:

  • Age of the product
  • General wear and condition of the product
  • The actual fault

It is requested that the customer alert Presto of the fault as soon as it is identified and subsequently provide the garment to Presto for review. In the case that the issue is deemed to be the fault of Presto or its suppliers all shipping costs will be covered by Presto.
