Interaction with or through Presto’s website is directed by terms and conditions specified. Please read them carefully as acceptance of the terms and conditions is assumed with use of the website or submission of an order with Presto.

Presto is not responsible for incorrectly entered orders so please take care in the order process.
Submission of an order resulting in an electronic receipt or order confirmation does not imply Presto’s acceptance of an order or confirm our offer to sell. Information related to the orders submission will be reviewed by Presto for validity including payment and shipping details prior to fulfilling the order. In some instances Presto may require additional information before accepting any order.
Presto reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or alter your order for any reason without prior notice to you. In the event that your order is not accepted or not able to be fulfilled (e.g. stock not available-see below) your payment will be refunded in the same manner it was paid (e.g. credit card or PayPal).
Stock levels displayed on the website are regularly updated and are accurate as the last update. Stock availability is subject to change and if we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you to explore options to meet your requirement. In the instance where multiple products are ordered, part deliveries may be made if some items are not available.
Presto intends to sell its products to end user customers and does not accept orders through the website from those who intend to on-sell products offered by Presto without prior approval.
By using this website, you agree that the use of this website is at your sole risk. Presto is not liable for any losses or damages caused by or through this website or any websites linked to or from this website.
TURN AROUND AND DELIVERY TIMES
The turnaround and delivery times provided are estimates only and Presto will not be held accountable for late deliveries or damages incurred. Rest assured Presto has worked hard to establish an effective supply chain and will do what is required to ensure your order is met on time and as per requirement.
In the instance where multiple products are ordered, part deliveries may be made if some items are not available.
Presto is not responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses so please take care in entering your address in the order process.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES
International orders may be subjected to local policies and regulations meaning there may be customs or import duty charges/taxes incurred for which Presto does not have any control. Information related to these charges should be sought from the relevant local authorities as charges incurred will need to be covered by the customer.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Upon receipt of goods it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure correct sizing and inspecting the goods for any faults. Please notify Presto within 10 days of receiving the goods should there be an issue.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Presto reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any pricing errors. This includes after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Orders are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are approximations and are based on the current exchange rates, out of the control of Presto.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Product returns are only applicable to products bought from www.prestocc.com.au or directly from one of the Presto team, for the original owner and when a proof of purchase is produced. Refunds and exchanges are not available on free promotional items.
Presto will happily exchange items bought from inventory due to wrong sizing though the product and its packaging must be in brand new condition, unwashed, unworn, tags in situ and packaging is not damaged. Exchanges can be made 10 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges on pre-ordered items for wrong sizing cannot be offered, we do not order additional sizing.
Presto are confident that all products will be delivered without issue and stand by the craftsmanship of garment manufacture. In the case of a manufacturing or product defect Presto will offer repair, replacement or refund within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Presto recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
Presto can accommodate order cancellations if notified before the goods have been dispatched. In the instance where items have been shipped Presto reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
